Rosa Portogallo marble, cut into rectangles and woven across a low coffee table and its side table — the grain turning with every pair, no two faces alike. Built once, by the same hands that build our interiors.
The idea
A slab, unpicked and woven back.
Rosa Portogallo is usually shown as one slab, book-matched and polished to a mirror. We cut it into rectangles instead and laid them the way a basket is woven — each pair turned a quarter against the last — across the top, the sides and the stepped plinth beneath, so the pink and the grey-green veining never settle into a pattern you can predict. The low table and its side table are cut from the same stone and woven the same way: two pieces, one weave, made once.
